The site readiness assessment behind it is complete and signed off.

Every SCCOE–LEA memorandum of understanding commits the LEA to administer the behavioral health screener at least twice a year, and the payment milestones rest on that minimum. The fall administration is the October window above; the spring window runs 1 February to 15 March 2027. No district's spring break falls inside it, the earliest being Rio's, which opens on 22 March. Every district does close for part of Presidents' week: Mount Pleasant, Milpitas, Sunnyvale and Lake Tahoe are closed 15 to 19 February, and Rio and San Diego Unified are closed 12 to 15 February, so each LEA schedules its administration around that recess. Sunnyvale is also closed on 15 March, the last day of the window.
