LEA Participation Incentive
$120,000 per LEA over two years, $20,000 per school per year, passed through by SCCOE to support dedicated staff time, including stipended site champions.

Where The Record Stands.
Deliverable 1 is final, due to SCCOE on 16 September and to the Commission on 30 September 2026. Deliverable 2 is published here in twelve sections and due 30 October, final 30 November. Deliverables 3 and 4 are also due 30 September. Deliverables 5 through 8 follow: quarterly summaries and reports across the two years, then the Training Guide and the Final Report in 2028. Deliverable 9, the LEA participation incentive, is administered by SCCOE and tracked here as part of the project record.
