The Implementation Workplan Crosswalk

The crosswalk is the single sheet that says who does what. It maps the approved Workplan v8 onto the nine contract deliverables of agreement #25BHSOAC019 and names, for every activity, a delivery lead, the partners supporting it, the role SCCOE holds as prime, and the dates it runs between. SCCOE remains accountable to the Commission for all nine deliverables regardless of which partner performs the work.
