Students answer open prompts in their own words rather than ticking boxes on a survey, and the record that comes back describes what a student can already do alongside what they are finding hard.

What a school learns is turned into shared goals, opportunities and referrals inside the multi-tiered support process it already runs, and it reads in the district's own framework language rather than ours.
